I enjoy your blog and hope that you will continue blogging. I enjoy Korean food and want to learn more. I wish that more persons outside of Korea would start enjoying Korean food. I cannot eat all Korean dishes, but I like most of them!

  2. I also woud like to suggest that you blog about how tofu is used in Korean food. I do not like seafood or pork but love tofu. I know that many Korean dishes use tofu. Please tell me about how Koreans use tofu in their dishes. Do Koreans make tofu that is different from tofu in other cuisines? Do Koreans use spices in their tofu dishes that are not used elsewhere? Do Koreans fry tofu? Do they boil tofu? Do they eat it cold?
